Product Description:
The Engineering Department at the Nan Ya Plastics Corporation has over forty years of experience in precision machining. We offer total product solutions to meet the demands of our customers in Nan Ya, FPG, and many other companies. We provide customers with the best production tools such as screw segment and barrel segment for plastics production, and synthetic textured yarn & polyester fiber mills. All of these products also meet the needs of plastic and chemical fiber mills. In addition, the screw & barrel segment can be manufactured with reverse engineering technics to meet the needs of our customers’ special production applications.
 
 
Products Features:
1.Our screw segments’ 3D solid modeling is built by integral high-end CAD/CAM/CAE systems using the full capability of our design software. With our software, we can analyze the processed plastics material, calculate the output, choose tooth design, determine optimal length of each section, and simulate plastics flow.
2.The screw segments are made of anti-corrosion steel with special heat-treatment to extend their life. We use an integral high-end CNC machine with tool sharpening and a path setting function. Our machine is fully capable of running machining simulation software in its computer system. All dimensions will be automatically checked and off-set compensated with our system module after the milling process to ensure that the final dimensions match the original design.
3.The bimetallic barrel segments with alloy sleeves to extend life of production. It have characteristics of anti-corrosion and wear-resistant suit for corrosive and wear-quick process in plastics、polyester fiber and chemical industry.
4.Screw & barrel segments are highly accurate will cost down in production by exchangeable completely; Alloy material of bimetallic barrel with hardness up to HRC59, can be chose by customers for different production needs.

Use

Products Usage:
1.For corrosive and wear-quick process in plastics、polyester fiber and chemical industry.
2.For high viscosity index plastics material of ABS, PC, PP, PS, A-PET etc. melt.
3.For high denier material of synthetic textured yarn and polyester fiber melt.
